- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

- You agree to use the app only for lawful and educational purposes.

 

3. Subscriptions and Payments

- Premium features require a paid subscription.

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your device settings.

- You may cancel at any time; refunds are subject to [Google/Apple] policy.

- All books and materials in Village are licensed for app use only.

- Do not copy, distribute, or share content outside the app.

- All rights in the app’s content and software are reserved by Village and its partners.

 

5. User Content and Conduct

- Do not upload or share unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate material.

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

- Village is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages or losses.

- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.

 

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app.
